Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Kyriakos Evreniadis, Konrad-Adenauer-Ring 8, 69214 Eppelheim, email: evreniadiskyriakos@gmail.com – of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice in time.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, we will refund the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. For payments processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the refund may be made via the original payment method and the procedures provided there. Statutory exceptions and the conditions under which the right of withdrawal expires for digital services that have already begun or been fully provided remain unaffected; such a legal consequence requires the information, declarations and confirmations required by law.

Purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play

Subscriptions in the apps are sold and billed via the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by the respective store; Be useful cannot reverse store payments itself. The fastest way to withdraw or request a refund is therefore directly with the store: for Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play in the order history of your Google account. You can also send your withdrawal to us; we will then help you with the refund via the store. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
