Reports and moderation

As of: 19 Sep 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the German version applies.

Reporting illegal content

Where possible, use the report function on the job listing or conversation. State the category, a sufficiently precise and substantiated explanation, the exact location and your statement that the information is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge. For signed-in users, the account email is used as the contact. After a successful submission, the app shows a receipt reference.

Alternatively, you can send a report to evreniadiskyriakos@gmail.com. It must contain the same information as well as your name and email address. Anonymous tips are reviewed but may not meet all requirements of a formal notice.

Review and prioritisation

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, without arbitrary discrimination, carefully and objectively, based on content, context, possible legal basis, danger to those affected and repeated violations. Acute dangers, possible criminal offences and risks to minors are prioritised. A report does not automatically lead to removal; at present a human decides, not an automated moderation system.

Decision and notification

The decision, the factual and legal reasons, the scope and duration of any restriction and the available remedies are documented. Reporters and affected users are informed where contact details are available and no legal prohibitions, investigation purposes or protective interests prevent it.

Possible measures

Depending on severity, content may be removed or its visibility restricted, contact options blocked, functions temporarily restricted or accounts suspended. Measures are limited to what is necessary. Necessary evidence may be retained for abuse prevention, legal defence and legal obligations.

Complaints and out-of-court dispute settlement

A complaint against a moderation decision can be sent within six months, quoting the receipt reference, to evreniadiskyriakos@gmail.com. It is reviewed again and documented separately. Where the legal requirements apply, complaints to a competent authority, certified out-of-court dispute settlement and recourse to the courts remain unaffected. Whether individual DSA obligations and a micro or small enterprise exemption apply is documented before public operation.

Blocking and emergencies

In direct messages, the other user can be blocked. Blocking does not replace a report. In case of immediate danger, contact the police, emergency services or the competent local authority; Be useful is not an emergency service.

Point of contact

Contact for users, authorities and other bodies: evreniadiskyriakos@gmail.com. Communication is possible in German or English.
