Delete account and data
You can delete your Be useful account and the associated personal data at any time.
Important for Google Play: Deleting the account does not automatically end a running Google Play subscription. First open the Google Play subscription center and cancel the subscription there.
Important for the Apple App Store: A subscription taken out in the iPhone app does not end automatically either. Cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings under your name → Subscriptions.
Immediately in the app (Android and iPhone)
Open “Account” in the app, scroll to the “Danger zone” and choose “Delete account”. After a confirmation and entering your password, your account, the associated data and your profile pictures are deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Send an email from the address stored in your account to evreniadiskyriakos@gmail.com. We only ask for the information needed to reliably match the request to your account.
Which data is deleted
The authentication account and the associated profile, career, message, application, block, robotics, test, simulation and document data are deleted. Reports or security evidence may exceptionally continue to be processed in a restricted way where this is necessary for abuse prevention, legal defence or due to legal obligations. Billing records are kept blocked only for legally required purposes and deleted after the retention period.
Consequences of deletion
Deletion cannot be undone. Content of other conversation participants or external purchase records at Google Play or Apple may continue to exist outside the Be useful account under the legal and contractual rules that apply there.
